In search of a mysterious, brightly patterned elephant, our adventurers transform their jungle camp into a festive world of stories. Three classic Elmar tales come to life with rousing music, playful puppetry, lots of humor and a few surprises!

In a co-production with Tall Stories, the Junges Theater Bonn is staging 'Elmar' as a musical play in its German premiere. Toby Mitchell, co-founder and artistic director of Tall Stories, directs.

This feel-good show for everyone aged 3 to 103 celebrates uniqueness, family and joy and brings three well-known stories by David McKee to the stage: 'Elmar', 'Elmar and the Melody' and 'Elmar and the Hippos'.
