A little smart ass? What's that supposed to be? That's what Tina and Theo ask themselves when they meet a little turquoise man playing in the attic who really does know everything better. Tina and Theo are actually already experts at being clever, as their parents repeatedly claim, but the little smarty-pants clearly surpasses them in every respect. Fortunately, Tina and Theo are still pretty good know-it-alls, because only real smart-asses are able to see the little creature in the attic. Convinced that their parents are also real smart alecks, the two of them run to them excitedly to show them the smart aleck. I wonder if the grown-ups can see the smartass too?

Marc-Uwe Kling sings songs and tells stories. His "Kangaroo" stories were awarded the German Radio Prize in 2010 and the German Audio Book Prize in 2013. He achieved his breakthrough book as an author for children with the picture book "Das Neinhorn" and is now continuing this success with his children's book "Das Klugscheißerchen".
