RnB Yoga & Recovery - DAY RETREAT at Session Labs, Maxvorstadt Munich

Treat yourself to an afternoon just for you - or together with friends - and experience a soothing combination of RnB yoga, relaxation and healthy snacks & drinks.

The day begins with a Vinyasa Yoga session to my favorite songs by Cleo Sol, Frank Ocean & H.E.R.

After the yoga session, the Alchemist Food Club® invites you to enjoy sugar-free raw cakes.

Daily Matcha will also offer delicious matcha creations on site as the perfect healthy refreshment.

Afterwards, the Recovery Space opens with a Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, lymphatic pants and two cold water pools.
