An evening to let go and connect - with yourself, the music and your movement.

Open to everyone - whether as an introduction to the DEEPER STATES workshop the following day or simply for free dancing: Get your energy in motion. An evening to get you moving - inside and out.
After a joint warm-up, the space opens up for movement, discovery, feeling and shared flow.
Clubbing with a difference - earlier, more conscious, more in your body and barefoot or in socks.
The Aikido mats invite you to go wild, roll, roll, roll. Dance yourself free.
