The Song of the Flies - The Repetition of Violence
A haunting animated film about the wounds of the Colombian civil war.
Based on the poems of María Mercedes Carranza and created by nine female artists, "The Song of the Flies" tells the story of 24 massacres of the 1990s - one day, divided into 24 chapters.
Archive images, personal memories and endless loops bring the devastated landscapes back to life. A collective chorus of memory - a universal song of pain and grief.
