Devrim Kavalli // Stimmen der Solidarität

In the organizer's words:

The 6th Festival of Solidarity will take place from November 7 to 9, 2025. It will kick off with a concert by Devrim Kavalli at the Kulturbunker.

Devrim Kavallı unites cultures and languages from all over the world in her music. With great passion and a virtuoso voice, she creates worlds of sound between Orient and Occident - touching, boundless and full of originality.

On the following days, the festival will continue with a photo exhibition on press freedom, panel discussions and other cultural formats in Cologne. Among others, journalists, lawyers, politicians and those affected will be invited to talk about freedom of the press and freedom of expression in Turkey as well as the asylum debate in Germany. The event will conclude with the play "Look Away".
