In the poetic short film and Afro-surrealist dream ZWARTE IBIS, a young woman embarks on a search for herself in the field of tension between herself and others, the personal and the political. The animated film STARS tells the story of the Nommo - extraterrestrial afro-hermaphroditic anthro-amphibian migrants. Abysses open up when the two quarrelling sisters and their daughters meet in a French village for the funeral of the head of the family, BLANCHE. RENTRONS: Nouria is friends with Abdel, a Frenchman who lives and works in Algeria. After a bet, they ride their mopeds along the Mediterranean coast. Their goal: to board a ship that will take them to France. Fifteen-year-old GIOIA leads a boring high school life. In the evenings, she gives free rein to her passion: Afro dancing. When she shares this activity with Amandine, a popular high school student, their two worlds collide.
