Vevi Café meets poetry

On Saturday , August 23 from 2-5 pm, the typing and clicking of the keys of an Olympia typewriter will be heard in the Vevi Café.

On this day, between delicious food, good coffee and a relaxed atmosphere, Niclas Arenz will be visiting with his typewriter and writing poems for strangers.

There will also be a special drink on this day, which you can try out and enjoy on site!

How does it all work?

You come to Vevi Café, have a good time with your friends or on your own. If you're longing for words, just take your drink with you and go to Niclas.

You come with the topic of your choice - it can be a thought that's on your mind at the moment, a special story, a memory or simply something that moves you.

After a brief conversation, he will take 3-5 minutes to type up the poem and will be happy to read it to you afterwards if you would like him to.

At the end, you take your memento home with you. No poem stays with him - the poem is yours!

What does it cost me?

The Vevi Café works as usual and Niclas comes in as a special for the day.

He works on the "pay what you feel like" principle (bar) and there are no tickets or anything like that. Just sit opposite if the chair is free!
