The Feierabendkollektiv invites you to an afternoon of musical theater for children aged four and up: On Sunday, July 12, 2025 at 3 pm (admission from 2 pm), "Die Theatervögel" will present their play in the garden of Villa Jo (Rüderner Str. 20, Stuttgart-Obertürkheim). Admission is free.
A musical play about courage and self-confidencePeter, played by Micha Schlüter, is a birdwatcher with a guitar, harmonica and suitcase drum set. He sits on a park bench and watches his feathered friends: Pick-Nick (Martin Betz) brings keyboard instruments, rhymes and singing into play, while bird woman Bö (Christina Simone Stahl) stands by his side with humor, warmth and music when self-doubt gets too much.
Participatory moments invite the audience to get actively involved: through rhythm, voice or short contributions from their own everyday lives. This creates a lively dialog between the stage and the audience - always at eye level, age-appropriate and respectful.
Cast: Vogel Picknick - Martin Betz: vocals, epiano, children's piano
Vogel Bö - Christina Simone Stahl: vocals, animation
Peter - Micha Schlüter: vocals, guitar, drum case & percussion, harmonica, jew's harp
The event is part of the Villa Jo Family Day and will be moved indoors in case of bad weather. Please note: at 7 pm on the same day, the concert "Cafe 612 - Wohin gehen wir jetzt? Tour 2025" takes place.
