The lyrics on "verstr!ckt" are characterized by change: Being uncompromising, not allowing yourself to be distracted by things that can't be influenced anyway - in order to (hopefully) be completely with yourself again in the end. Dominik Hartz does not want to adapt, on the contrary: "The sun is never enough for the clouds in my sky". He gives a mercilessly honest account of the highs and lows in the canyons of the big city, in a world where appearances are more than reality and everyone is up to something.
