Winter is here - a time for reflection, introspection and letting go. Let's warm up our bodies and hearts together and create space for the new things that want to enter our lives - in gratitude, joy and connection. 💃 ✨ 🕺

Ecstatic Dance is a dance ritual in which you are invited to let the sounds of the music take you on a journey to yourself and to move freely. It's not about dancing or performing beautifully - it's about connecting with your body, your heart and your soul.

We create a safe space where acceptance, respect, community and connection are the top priorities. A space in which you can move freely - exactly as you need to.

Our DJ Philipp will accompany you on a musical sound journey through various electronic genres - with the intention of touching you and the facets of your being.

🔹 Procedure:

Our ritual begins with a cacao ceremony and a drum meditation in which you set your intention for the afternoon. Through your dance you can anchor and express this intention.

After a gentle warm-up and dance therapy elements that strengthen body awareness and community, your Ecstatic Dance begins. Here you are invited to dance wildly, freely, gently - just as it suits you.

15:00 - Arrival
15:15 - Opening
15:30 - Cacao Ceremony & Intention Setting
16:15 - Body Awareness Warm-Up & Community Connection
16:45 - Ecstatic Dance
18:30 - Chill Out
19:00 - Closing

🌀 O ur guidelines:

• We dance barefoot

• We communicate non-verbally during the Ecstatic Dance

• We respect the personal space of all participants

• No cell phones

• Alcohol and drug-free space

🌿 Please bring along:

• Your favorite cup for the cocoa

• Comfortable clothes in which you can move freely

• A scarf or a thin blanket to snuggle up in when chilling out

• Plenty of water

• Snacks for you & the community as you wind down
