EES, the well-known African musician, who was born in Namibia as a descendant of German emigrants, now lives in Germany and spreads an exceptionally good vibe with his rhythmic music and colorful appearance.
His songs are a mixture of "Kwaito" & Afro-Pop, a sound that originated in the anti-apartheid movement in southern Africa. He also likes to combine influences from the house, reggae and hip-hop genres to create a fresh music mix called "Nam Flava", which has already made him a star in Africa in recent years. For example, he has already won several awards for himself, such as the MTV Africa "Listener Choice Award", the "Best Kwaito Artist in Africa" at the Channel O Awards and a nomination for Best Album in Africa at the KORA Awards (African Grammy). EES also shoots many super exciting YouTube videos on his channel, where he takes his viewers on his travels through Africa and shows them what the continent has to offer.
His "Infotainment" video series is particularly popular, showing the interesting
interesting African culture and lifestyle.
At the end of 2018, he wowed viewers with his sound on the new X-Factor season on Sky and won the title with his 8-piece band.in addition to his music, EES is also a successful entrepreneur. His vitamin energy drink "WUMA", the dried meat "Biltong" and his Nam Flava spice mixes are a must on a barbecue evening. His fashion collection, especially his handmade shoes, are an absolute hit on the African fashion scene.
For some time now, the musician has been working on his new studio
album "FRESHNESS" - the long-awaited album that will combine the cultures of two continents and mix the globally popular Amapiano sound with urban pop.
At the end of 2026, EES will go on a major album tour through
Germany with one of his old VW buses and his band.
