MINDFULNESS COURSE FOR PARENTS:
BEING A PARENT - authentic, mindful, loving
For me, being a parent is one of the wildest and most intense experiences of my life. It is full of love AND sometimes also full of exhaustion, doubt and everyday chaos.
I keep having these moments when I wish for more serenity, clarity and connection in everyday family life. Not to function even more perfectly, but to be more aware and kind to myself and my children.
This course for parents is the result of my experience as a mother of two children and my many years of practicing mindfulness. In addition to my profession as a lawyer, I work with great passion as a wilderness educator, nature-based process facilitator and mindfulness teacher.
In the six-week mindfulness course, we explore together what it means to be parents - authentic, mindful, loving.
At the beautiful Sosein in Cologne-Mühlheim, there is space for you to pause, reflect and practise small steps for everyday life.
It's not about perfect parenting, but about an authentic relationship - with yourself and with your child. It's about lifelong learning from and about each other on the parenting journey. It's about encountering being as it is - life as it is right now.
With meditation, sharing and practical exercises based on mindfulness and attachment-oriented principles. Meditation experience is not necessary. Just a willingness to meet yourself and others. More info on Instagram: @wildesleben.blog
I look forward to seeing you,
