With concentrated guitar power, a distinctive soul voice and an uncompromising mix of hard rock and blues rock, Eric Steckel is making an impressive return in 2026: his new studio album "Sandstorm" also marks the start of his world tour.

Although Eric Steckel is only in his early 30s, he has long since achieved cult status in the international guitar scene. "Sandstorm" shows him more focused, powerful and energetic than ever. Powerful riffs, intense solos and contemporary song structures merge into a modern, dynamic sound that appeals to blues traditionalists as well as fans of hard rock and blues rock. The album was produced by Dan Malsch, who is known for his work with Ghost, Gojira and Avenged Sevenfold, among others, and gives the songs additional weight and international clout.

The first single "When It Rains, It Pours" provided an impressive foretaste of "Sandstorm": emotional vocals, atmospheric dynamics and a guitar sound that is raw, modern and unmistakably Eric Steckel.
