Once upon a time...blablabla: that's how ordinary fairy tales begin, but not this one. Together with the Breadbasket, we spill over into the Sloshing Side, the secret land of misunderstandings.

The sloshing side is inhabited by flawed characters, who are torn from their original stories by misunderstandings, misspellings or blossoming fantasies and now have to live there in a changed form, from where there is no escape for them.

Only those who spill over learn about what happens when we promise, mishear, mistype or imagine something else in our world.

So we dress, er, accompany the Breadbasket through a land full of erroneous figures, meet the Research King and the Little Sea Pig. But the Little Breadbasket only wants one thing: to return to her real story, because her grandmother is waiting for her there, lying alone in bed, terribly ill. What will happen when the wolf turns up, but no Little Red Riding Hood comes to the rescue?

In an amusing, twisted and touching way, we invite you to experience a journey characterized by courage, solidarity, friendship and unconditional acceptance in this year's family play.
