On International Museum Day, the museum invites parents and children to a joint program:
Welcome to the Excavation CAMP, where an as yet unexplored excavation landscape awaits you to work on archaeologically. Using real excavation tools, you will uncover finds and features step by step, which will bring the Middle Ages, the Roman Empire and the Neolithic period to life for you. All work steps are carried out in teams: families become research groups, friends become excavation teams and each individual becomes an archaeologist for a day.
Age groups: Children from 8 years and adults
Duration: 1.5 hours, you can join if you are interested

Price information:

Participation in the excavation camp is free of charge. Admission to the exhibitions is paid separately as required.
