Introduction: Due to climate change, flooding caused by heavy rain or high water, as well as hot days, will occur more and more frequently. Together with you locally, we want to make the south of Cologne more resilient to these extreme weather events. The aim is to ensure that flooding does not cause damage to buildings and vehicles and that rainwater can be used in a targeted manner during heat and drought. We can only achieve this together.

Indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather. The on-site restaurant will be open on the day. Drinks can be purchased there.

You can expect:
Lots of hands-on stands with experiments, a quiz and craft activities on the topics of rainwater, flooding, flooding, heavy rain and greening buildings. There will be stands from StEB Köln, the City of Cologne, the Flood Competence Center, TH Köln and the Water School. The play mobile invites you to play and romp around. The event is free of charge. Registration is not required.
