The Return of Gochu Crunch

A board of a sandwich!

Vegan brioche from the corner bakery, homemade kimchi (also vegan) topped with oyster mushrooms marinated in gochujang and deep-fried in wetbatter. The whole thing then topped with gochu glaze bordering on perversion and rounded off with homemade mayo and spring onions. 'Nuff said! The dish is vegan up to this point, but if you can't do without the portion of grits, this colleague is also available with kikok steak. Roasted chicken thigh skin-on, also deep-fried to perfection!

Served in the usual Fatstreetboys style with a variety of fries. Btw: the chili cheese fries are now also available in vegan!
