Feierabend Cleanup
In our words:
Put an end to everyday stress and plastic waste - environmental protection meets good humor at the after-work cleanup at the Rheinpark. We'll collect garbage together, have a chat and enjoy the view of the water. We provide gloves and bags - the only thing missing is you! 🧤🌍
In the organizer's words:
Do you love the Rhine? Would you like to actively do something for the environment and meet nice new people at the same time? Then join our after-work cleanup!
Every two weeks, always on Wednesdays, we meet after work or after university on the banks of the Rhine in Deutz to collect garbage together - in a relaxed atmosphere and with time for good conversation.
We bring gloves and bin bags. If you send us an email by 4 p.m., we can also bring you grabbing tongs, depending on availability.
Meeting point: 17:00 in the Rheinpark under the Zoobrücke bridge (down by the skate park)
On 08.10. our public regulars' table will take place afterwards in the Vreiheit in Mülheim.
🌦️ In case of thunderstorms or heavy rain, the cleanup will be canceled.
