The Western Sahara is the scene of one of the longest-running conflicts in the world and yet is largely ignored. The focus of the evening is therefore the documentary "WESTSAHARA: The repressed war and its forgotten refugees" by Michael Enger, which impressively shows life in the Sahrawi refugee camps and sheds light on the political and social background to the conflict.
Afterwards, we invite you to a panel discussion in which historical developments, current dynamics and possible perspectives for peace and justice in the region will be discussed.
