The old fisherman Uncle Kurti lives on his cutter and is visited by his curious niece Fiona from the city. They set sail together - but instead of fish, Uncle Kurti pulls garbage out of the sea. Fiona only understands why when her uncle tells her a special sailor's tale: the story of the lonely fish with the broken glass, and how the little fish Dommy and the seahorse Sandy perform a true sea miracle.

A play about marine littering with upcycled figures made from garbage. Ideal for reworking in class.
