Cologne, get ready for a night that combines disco history with modern club sound! On 13.06.2026, the Cologne collective AVENEW invites you to a very special highlight at the Friesenbar. We bring you an act that bridges the gap between jazz, funk and uncompromising house: FLASHBAXX is coming to us with his unique live set. His productions regularly end up in the playlists of the world's elite alongside the likes of Moby and Bonobo. After energetic shows in Berlin institutions such as KitKat or Heideglühen, he is now bringing his mash-ups of disco and house classics directly to our living room in Cologne. The evening will be flanked by a real local hero: our friend Claus Casper, producer, DJ, Kölsche Jung and rooted in the 90s graffiti scene will provide the perfect support on the decks and ensure that the vibe is right from the very first second.
