Florian Gallant was born in the small town of Speyer on the banks of the Rhine. He began to take an interest in the fascinating world of music at the tender age of five. The piano and his voice became his preferred forms of expression early on, as if he had always carried the language of music in his heart. For Florian, music has always been more than just sounds and harmonies - it is a medium for understanding the world and exploring the depths of his soul.

Florian began his musical journey at the Tshwane University of Technology in Pretoria, where he studied music, piano and singing from 2004 to 2006. Between 2006 and 2009, he commuted between Germany and South Africa, performing on renowned stages and refining his musical projects. From 2010 to 2016, Florian lived in South Africa and released his groundbreaking album "Life Support". The hits "Sky" and "Lost in your Eyes" conquered over twenty-four radio stations, with one song even reaching 1st place in the charts and giving him nationwide recognition.

In 2016, Florian returned to Germany and founded the band "Freiheit" with his brother Benjamin Gallant and his friend Jens Lorbeer. Since then, they have played over 1000 gigs, including prestigious gigs at Soho House Berlin for Hugo Boss.

In 2024, Florian has now released his first German rock album "Menschlich". This work reflects his personal journey, his ups and downs, dreams and hopes, in powerful German lyrics and rousing melodies. Florian deliberately chose the German language to create a deeper emotional connection with his listeners.

Florian Gallant is more than a musician; he is a storyteller whose unmistakable voice touches hearts and moves souls. Through his music, he connects people and reminds us that we are all part of a greater whole.

In 2021, Florian Gallant wowed audiences on "The Voice of Germany" with his powerful voice and stage presence. Together with Charlene Gallant, he performed the emotional duet "Mercy" and won the hearts of the coaches and the audience. Their journey took them all the way to the final, where they shone with impressive performances such as "The Best" by Tina Turner and "Higher Power" by Coldplay. Florian's time on the show brought him a growing fan base and gave his career a major boost.
