In his extraordinary animated film Flow, director Gints Zilbalodis tells a poetic fable about friendship and mutual respect. The focus is on a community that can only survive if its members learn to recognize each other's differences as strengths.

At the last second, the little black cat saves itself from a huge tidal wave that is swallowing up the old world by getting onto a sailing boat. A thieving monkey, a good-natured Labrador, a sleepy capybara and a proud secretary bird also find refuge there. The animals grow together to form an unusual community. They realize that only together can they overcome the challenges of the new world. This artistic animated film tells its captivating story without any human dialog.
