There are professors who have so much to give that you don't want to stop learning from them. That is why students of Prof. Wolfgang Schäfer founded the Frankfurt Chamber Choir after his retirement from the Frankfurt University of Music in order to continue to benefit from his inspiring work. After 17 years of impressive choral history with unforgettable performances - especially of great works of church music - Wolfgang Schäfer is handing over the baton at the end of the year. For his farewell tour, he has chosen psalms and motets from five centuries that have accompanied him throughout his long conducting career.
