In the organizer's words:

At a time of growing social tensions, we need spaces where people can meet each other. Spaces where there is no discussion or persuasion - but where people talk and listen.

"Speak & Listen" is a dialog format developed by MEHR DEMOKRATIE E.V. that facilitates precisely such encounters: non-hierarchical, respectful and connecting. Different perspectives are allowed to stand side by side. People share their own experiences - without judgment, without counter-speech.

The solutions are lying around (in the attic).

From April, we will come together once a month under the roof of Schloss Freudenberg and discuss questions for which there are no answers. In a world full of opinions, sensory overload and digital misunderstandings, something essential is being lost: the conversation that really connects.

Here is dialog, not debate.
Not discussion, but encounter.

An open space for people who want to listen - and are willing to share their own perspective.
