I'm Faby: yoga teacher, creative person, space holder and a person who goes through life with a lot of sunshine and love in her heart (and yes, sometimes with a lot of chaos in her head - but that's part of life, isn't it?).

I love warmth, depth and that special warmth that arises when people reconnect with themselves. That inner glow that quietly lights up when the body softens and the heart opens up a little - that's what touches me every time.

In my courses, workshops and retreats, I combine gentle depth, intuitive creativity and genuine humor - that honest, warm humor that makes spaces lighter without losing meaning.

I firmly believe that we all have a kind of inner sunlight. Sometimes it is radiant. Sometimes it's just a little glow. And sometimes it just needs a safe space so that it can become brighter again.
