Spring in the forest: forest bathing course for children & adults

14-16.30 hrs

Meeting point: Kalkweg 7, 51069 Cologne (Dellbrück)

The course is for children from 4 years and adults.
(I will lead the course, but will not be responsible for supervision: children must be accompanied by a paying supervisor).

This is what happens during the forest bathing course:

We are out in the forest for 2.5 hours, walking about 2 kilometers.

We also walk barefoot for a while (for anyone who wants to) and play by a stream in the forest (where we have a picnic). We get to know different types of moss and bark and look at different beard lichens on trees. We will be explorers with a magnifying glass, make a forest mandala and enjoy our time in the forest together.

This is the preparation:

Please wear sturdy shoes.

Take a towel with you if you want to go barefoot.

Bring a blanket for the picnic.

Bring water and a snack for our picnic time.
