WOMEN'S CIRCLE with Lisa & Cathrin

You great women & FLINTAS, this is for you: On the last Friday in October, we will once again dive into an evening full of community, courage, abundance & trust. Come along to our WOMEN'S CIRCLE and treat yourself to an evening of self-care & connection. In a setting where we support, encourage and inspire each other:

🌕 KIRTAN: We start the circle with mantra chanting, where we will be accompanied by mantras of female goddess power in particular. Chanting together opens our throats and encourages us to speak clearly and move forward with determination for what we stand for

✨ KAKAOZEREMONY: We connect with ourselves and with all the amazing women in the room, feel the heart-opening power of cacao and open the circle for sharing and mutual exchange (who wants to :))

🛁 SOUNDBATH: Finally, we let go and let it work by letting ourselves be carried by the gentle sounds of the Crystal Bowls
