Gaga/people Classes mit Tanja Saban

Gaga Movement Language is pure movement pleasure! Developed by Ohad Naharin, dancer and choreographer, it is a new way of gaining knowledge and self-awareness through your body. Gaga provides a framework to discover and strengthen the body, improve flexibility, stamina and skills such as coordination and efficiency, while stimulating the senses and imagination. Gaga classes provide an experience of freedom and pleasure in a simple way.
Gaga/people classes are open to anyone who likes to move. No previous experience is required. More info: gagapeople.com
Tanja Saban is a dance artist who lives in Zurich and Berlin. She regularly teaches Gaga classes there. She has been a certified Gaga teacher since 2018. She collaborates with choreographers and artists from other disciplines and creates her own work in Austria, Spain, Switzerland, Israel and New York City. More info: geschoepf.xyz
