Chicago art rock band Ganser received widespread recognition in 2020 with their second album "Just Look at That Sky" and landed on the best lists of Vice, Rolling Stone and Paste. During the pandemic, a remix EP was created in collaboration with Andy Bell, Sad13, Adam Faulkner and Bartees Strange, while the band kept in touch with their fans online.

After performing with Bikini Kill, Viagra Boys, Amyl & the Sniffers and the Gilla Band, Ganser is currently working on their third album. The EP "Nothing You Do Matters", produced with Angus Andrew (Liars), was released in 2022.

With the new album "Animal Hospital", the band continues on their path: a concentrated look at the contradictions of everyday life, condensed into compact, energetic songs. Ganser expand their sound spectrum, but remain true to their distinctive, driving rhythms - precise drums, pulsating bass lines, guitars and synths that mediate between tension and calm.
