Event in cooperation with the DaMigra project InGeKom (Intersectional Center for Protection against Violence & Competence Building) and Frauenkultur e.V.| Registration for participation is required.

Christina Clemm will read from her latest book "Gegen Frauenhass" and talk about one of the most pressing social problems of our time: gender-based violence. In her book, she impressively describes how deeply rooted contempt for women is in our society and how often it is ignored, trivialized or excused.

She shows how deeply rooted patriarchal violence is and what needs to change socially and politically. In the hope of an exciting exchange, there will be space for questions and the opportunity to talk after each part of the reading.

A reading to mark the International Day against Violence against Women that is thought-provoking and opens up important perspectives on social structures and inequalities. Refugee women, women with precarious residence status, disabled women and trans women in particular often have difficult access to protection and support. DaMigra focuses on these perspectives with its InGeKom project. Further information about the reading and registration can be found here:
