We wait. We drink tea. Just as hundreds of thousands of people in refugee camps in Algeria have been waiting for 50 years for an end to the occupation and their return.
They are waiting. They drink tea. They fight.

With the comic reading, Fine (author and illustrator) takes you on a journey there: to the Sahrawi refugee camps. And then sheds light on the historical and political background of Africa's last colony, whose history is unknown to many in Germany.

The reading will take place hybrid online and in Cologne and is part of the Western Sahara 2025 action weeks. More information and further events:
