Selma Scheele caught fire for the art of free storytelling over 10 years ago and has been working as a storyteller in German-speaking countries ever since. With her often lively stories, the theater educator enchants young and old. She tells fairy tales, myths and biographical stories for all ages. Sometimes spirited and with expressive gestures and facial expressions and sometimes calm and mysterious. "As a listener, you become a child again - thanks to the art of Selma Scheele," writes Arndt Zinkant from the Westfälische Nachrichten newspaper.

Selma Scheele will be performing magical fairy tales and myths for children on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at 12 noon and 2 p.m. as part of the eLk Festival on Ottmar-Pohl-Platz.
