Konstantin Gropper can now proudly look back on a 15-year career and 6 studio albums, as well as various EP releases and soundtracks to numerous films and series. Get Well Soon released their last acclaimed album "Amen" in 2022 in the aftermath of the pandemic, much complication, always with a mask before and after the shows but still with a big, mostly sold-out tour and festivals. Prior to this, Konstantin Gropper released his highly acclaimed "The Horror". A lush and wide-ranging work in the spirit of Sinatra's darkest songs. The following tour saw Get Well Soon grow into a 14-piece big band, playing sold-out concerts in prestigious concert halls such as the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, the Cologne Philharmonie and the Trianon in Paris.

After that, Get Well Soon went into a long-planned break (with the great fortune of not having any concerts or releases planned during the lockdown). Konstantin returned to his other profession as a film composer. Over the past 13 years, he has written music and songs for numerous films, television programs and series (including for Wim Wenders, Detlev Buck or the French-Canadian series "Xanadu" (arte). He has also written music for the theater stage and produced various albums for other artists, including Casper's "Hinterland".

In recent years, he created the music for 3 seasons of the Netflix series "How To Sell Drugs Online (fast)", one of the most successful and most praised German series of the streaming service, for Detlev Buck's movie "Wir können nicht anders" and he worked on the production of albums by other artists, such as Alex Mayr. The series "King Of Stonks", a satire on the Wirecard scandal with Matthias Brand, also set to music by Konstantin, recently won the German Television Award for "Best Comedy".

After the debut "Rest Now, Weary Head! You Will Get Well Soon", "Vexations", "The Scarlet Beast O'Seven Heads", "Love" and "The Horror", which already cover a very wide range of styles and soundscapes, Gropper says of his latest album "AMEN": "It's certainly the album that's the most fun. Old friends will find familiar sounds and moods, but there are also enough new things to discover to escape my fear of repeating myself. I think it has a new energy and a new rhythm that has a few surprises in store. Anyway, the concerts are going to be absolute celebrations. I can hardly wait! "So after the pleasant trip to the noble and seated concert halls, Get Well Soon are returning to their old line-up as a rock band and to the clubs. And with their most energetic and playful album to date, with their next film and television projects already in the pipeline.
