Volker Ahlgrimm - Entrepreneur.consultant from Cologne

Volker Ahlgrimm studied business administration and economics and gained extensive management experience in the automotive industry until 2005, including at Ford and Renault/Nissan.
Self-employed since 2005, he supports start-ups, SMEs and existing companies with business.concept Cologne in the areas of business management consulting, financing, company succession, controlling, restructuring and applying for funding (EU/ESF).

His focus: practical coaching for companies from a wide range of sectors - from the skilled trades to the cultural and creative industries. In addition to individual consultations, he has been offering seminars and lectures on business start-ups, finance, tax and legal issues (in cooperation with experts) for many years.
