Munich Brahms Choir on concert tour

Verdi Requiem

In June 2026, the Munich Brahms Choir will embark on a special concert tour to the Czech Republic. Together with the North Czech Philharmonic Orchestra and outstanding soloists, the choir will perform one of the most impressive works of sacred music: Giuseppe Verdi's Messa da Requiem.

The first concert will take place on June 11, 2026 in Teplice - a musical highlight in an international collaboration. Two days later, on June 13, 2026, the work will be performed in the Herkulessaal of the Munich Residenz, one of Munich's most renowned concert halls. Verdi's Requiem combines dramatic power with deeply felt spirituality and places the highest demands on the choir, orchestra and soloists. The Munich Brahms Choir is delighted to be able to present this extraordinary work together with its partners both internationally and at home.
