The Halloween event 2025 for the whole family.

Spooky things are happening in Cologne and on the Rhine. The ghosts seem to go crazy on Halloween. A ghostly figure has been seen in Cologne Rodenkirchen, wandering around and trying to communicate something.

It was last seen at Maternusplatz in Cologne Rodenkirchen. Strange creatures have also been spotted directly on the Rhine. But what's really going on here? It is said that a very old curse is behind these spooky hauntings.

At this unusual Halloween event, families and children are immersed in a special ghost story. The aim is to find out what is behind all the spookiness. A special kind of spooky crime story based on a true event from the distant past. The Halloween event takes place in an unusually atmospheric landscape directly on the Rhine. Many unusual locations and surprises await you. The event takes you into another world full of ghosts and special places and is suitable for both primary school children and older children.

Start: Cologne Rodenkirchen/ center Maternusplatz

End point: Near the Rodenkirchen campsite. No circular route. At the event at 15:00 you can take a bus from Uferstraße back to Maternusplatz. From the end point of the event to the bus stop is a 20 minute walk. I will take you to the bus stop. For the events at 18:00 and 21:00, I will take you safely from the end point back to Maternusplatz. Approx. 35 minutes on foot.

Duration: approx. 2 hours

Age of children: 6-14 years.

Adult guardians or adult supervisors must be present at this event. Tour is adapted to the age of the children.
