Discover the handpan in a calm, appreciative atmosphere. Without pressure to perform - without prior knowledge - in a small group

Handpans will be provided - if you have your own D-Kurd (D minor), please bring it with you.

FLINTA* Safer Space:

2nd date: 25.04.26

🎶 A workshop for FLINTA* participants only, in which you can discover your own approach to rhythm, melody and improvisation. Percussion instruments are often learned in cis-male contexts. We create a safer space for self-development, community and sound.

FLINTA* = women, lesbians, inter, non-binary, trans, agender & all those affected by discrimination due to their gender identity.

Values and attitude

The handpan is an accessible instrument - you do not need any previous musical experience. The workshop is open to ALL people who are interested in sound, rhythm and shared experience.

You are welcome to clarify any needs or questions with me in advance - I want to create a space in which you feel comfortable. Please note: The toilets on site are unfortunately not barrier-free.
