The Finkennest opens its doors to anyone who is interested in craftsmanship and would like to learn the basics together. Of course, no previous experience is necessary.
You will be accompanied by Anzo, a supporter of the Finkennest. She will share her knowledge and experience with you in a relaxed and cheerful manner and without a lot of dry theory. You will have the opportunity to put what you have learned into practice on the spot, because you learn best by trying things out for yourself! Whether you want to create a herb shelf, side table or climbing aid is up to you.
Let the materials inspire you. Nothing has to be perfect yet, progress comes with making! The aim is to give you a range of skills that will enable you to develop your own solutions to plan and implement your project.
On Friday we start with basic knowledge about materials and tools. We will also start to plan the projects we will focus on on Saturday. Please bring a pencil and squared paper, a ruler or triangle are also very helpful.
If you already have tools that do not require electricity on site, you are welcome to bring them with you.
