Heckspoiler are back - and not quietly, but with a hammer blow to the face.
in the face. "Bock auf Stress" is the name of their third studio album, and the title is not just a promise but a threat.
promise, but a threat: it rattles, it rumbles, it bangs. Bass and drums drive forward with hellish speed and riffs, while the lyrics oscillate between lyricism, cynicism, wit and cryptic moments in their usual biting manner.

This time, the sound is even more uncompromising and defined: metal, D-beat, thrash and snotty punk are condensed into an explosive mixture - massive anthems for mosh pits, the soundtrack for crash parties and the next proof that two people can sound as loud and massive as whole armies of guitar bands.

Heckspoiler, that's Thomas Hutterer (bass, vocals) and Andreas Zelko (drums,
vocals), a duo from Upper Austria that has been unleashing maximum force with a reduced line-up since 2016.

(2022) showed how they can combine monster riffs without a guitar and with mostly dialect lyrics to create a
their very own, boisterous sound language.

With more than 200 concerts in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, England and Eastern Europe, they have established themselves as a concert machine that leaves clubs and festivals in ruins. Their live album Live am Heck Meck Fest 2024 (2025) brought this energy into the living room for the first time as a sweat-pressing vinyl raw version.

With "Bock auf Stress", Heckspoiler are now taking their metal punk to the extreme: faster, harder, angrier - but always with passion, humor and an unbridled desire for chaos. One look at the tracklist and you know that they don't do things by halves: this is a duo that gives it their all and sounds like it's all about the finale.
