A team of three reporters accompanies contract killer Ben on the job for a few weeks. He explains the technical and psychological background to his work to the trio in a way that is as eloquent as it is practical, and also has a lot to say about pretty much every aspect of Western civilization. As the reporters lose their distance, the situation becomes increasingly precarious when one day Ben gets mixed up with the wrong people. This multi-award-winning media satire about a serial killer accompanied by a camera crew is one of the most controversial films of the last 20 years.
