Highfield Festival 2026

The hip-hop high-flyers from K.I.Z sent the guests of Highfield 2025 into the night with enthusiasm. Around 28,000 visitors celebrated the music and the summer peacefully from August 15 to 17.

Organizers FKP Scorpio and Semmel Concerts also announced the first three acts for 2026 and another surprise for pre-sales on the Saturday of the festival. Together with the headliners K.I.Z, Deichkind, Kontra K, Electric Callboy, Clueso, Bilderbuch and Nina Chuba, there were more than 40 acts in total on the three stages at Lake Störmthal. As always, Highfield stood out as one of the biggest open-air festivals in eastern Germany, not only because of the music on its stages, but also because of the idyllic grounds with their own beach. The Beck's Beach Stage had its own stage and there was also the opportunity to swim in the lake or spend the summer days with various leisure activities, including yoga and aqua fitness courses for the first time. Also new and popular was a music bingo by Rausgegangen and the live talk by DIFFUS with Mehnersmoos and Electric Callboy.

The first three acts for the upcoming Highfield Festival from August 14 to 16, 2026 were announced on the Saturday of the festival: Berlin duo SDP, an influential hip-hop formation that not only breaks genre boundaries but also chart records, will be on stage. The Beatsteaks, who have been successful for more than 30 years and have their latest album "Please" in their luggage, will also be guests. Dresden rap crew 01099 were also successful with "Kinder der Nacht", which reached number one in the album charts - and next year they will be playing at Highfield just outside Leipzig.
