Now dat thing is set: Gochu Crunch!
deep fried Oyster Mushroom (or Kikok) - crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, with kimchi slaw, gochu glaze & sushi mayo in a brioche bun.
As part of the whole trial & error process, we have tidied up and expanded our menu a little.
There are now Fried Leek Coins!
Breaded fried leek coins - believe us: these are the better onion rings!
Also new: Kimchi Fries - because that just makes sense!
And of course: everything, really everything, also vegan!
