ICONICS

In December, the band ICONICs will move into the HÜLSEWIG HAUS, which opened in May 2025. Elin Doka, Anna-Lena Michel and Nana Hülsewig, three cyborg witches in crocheted hyperpop costumes, will give their first concert there.

The folk-pop based songs sometimes tilt almost ironically into musical or winkingly kitschy into country. The ICONICS sing about the limbo of different ideas of themselves, about being a stranger in one's own culture and about the self-ironic view of one's own work, about cooperation, appreciation and friendship. They sing in three parts, the voices complement each other, harmonize with each other and seem to merge into one.
