Hello there,

I would like to invite you to an interactive, creative workshop that I have designed as part of my artistic thesis for my degree in cultural and media education. In various discussion formats and with the help of collage and photography, we will approach the topics of memory, identity and ideas about the future and relate these to the concept of East Germany. We will discuss questions such as: What do you understand by East Germany? Is there an East German identity? And is it still possible to be East German 37 years after reunification?

The workshop will take place on May 8 and 9 between 11 am and 4 pm in the event room of the Kulturwerkstatt KAOS (Wasserstraße 18, 04177 Leipzig). The offer is aimed at young adults between the ages of 18 and 27.
