This workshop series is all about improvisation in movement and (impro) theater.

What does improvisation actually mean - and can it be learned?
We are convinced: Yes! And it is a wonderful tool.
We would like to introduce you to the art of improvisation in a lively and playful way.

On 4 dates, we will work on the basics of (joint) improvisation together - with varied exercises and small games. In addition to the practical exercises, we also offer you a short theoretical introduction each time to make the various aspects of improvisation understandable and tangible.

From time to time, we focus on different aspects of movement or improv theater. Both areas are closely linked, so we always work with both levels and focus on them again and again throughout the series.

Previous experience is not necessary, but also not a hindrance.

We will meet you where you are in your improv experience and look forward to an open, curious and creative time together!

Time & place
The dates take place in January (8th / 15th / 22nd / 29th) from 6 - 8 pm.
Please be there 15 minutes before the start so that we can start on time.
All events take place in the Musisches Forum on the campus of the German Sport University Cologne.
