After a short introduction inspired by dance and performance, you are invited to immerse yourself in your movement and expression. Whether you dance alone or with others, are a beginner or a professional, big or small, fast or slow... you and your dance are welcome just as you are. This jam is open to anyone who wants to explore their dance through improvisation in a co-created space. A WARM WELCOME!
