From music to storytelling - from storytelling to music

For Momo Heiss, music and stories go hand in hand. She has her story box, homemade flutes, sound instruments and stage piano in her luggage. And now she also picks up her ukulele or small accordion from time to time.
For ImPuls, she brings the path from music to storytelling and from storytelling to music to life, interweaving sound stories with biographical miniatures and musical thoughts. She talks about building her own instruments, her view of making music and how improvising enriches both arts.
And of course the audience will draw from her box full of stories and between the stories Momo will make the Red Hall resound.

The "ImPuls der Kultur und Kulturen" series:
Other countries and art forms become part of the stories. On the one hand, storytellers present their respective countries with traditional stories and their own biographies. On the other hand, the art of storytelling invites musicians, dancers, mimes and actors to connect with it.
