Indigo Community Day – Offener Färbetag in Köln

In the organizer's words:

At the Indigo Community Day at the Cosmaki studio in Cologne-Kalk (machwerkhaus), you can dip your own textiles in real indigo dye - and take home something you've dyed yourself.

The day takes place as part of Fashion Revolution Week - a worldwide week of action that reminds us that clothes are made, repaired and can live on. Instead of buying new: dye new.

No course, no fixed steps. You come, you dive in, you go. We are there to explain the process and guide you - but you decide for yourself how intensively you dye.

Tickets from €10 per textile piece (up to 3 pieces per person possible). Plan for approx. 30 to 60 minutes.

Bring along: Textiles made of cotton, linen or hemp - freshly washed, without fabric softener. You don't need any previous knowledge.

Tickets from €10 - depending on textile size (Small €10 / Medium €15 / Large €25). Each piece needs its own ticket, up to 3 per person.
